Park Greeter Job Description:
Disney College Program Qualifications:
With completion of the Disney Heritage class, I have earned my "Mouseters" Degree. I have also obtained multiple "Four Keys Cards" from my leaders, which is a recognition in excellent customer service. Personal accomplishments include a higher confidence level and skill set when interacting with guests. What I have learned about guest interaction is indispensable and will come in handy for the rest of my life.
Benefits and Opportunities of the College Program:
The Program is a paid internship. Disney provides housing and removes rent automatically from each paycheck.
My favorite benefit of the college program is that interns get free admission into Disney parks, as well as tickets for family and friends. We also get a discount on Disney restaurants and merchandise. Network opportunities are always present, as well as the availability of on-site classes.
